Hot steal! A tea-boy's (-girl's) delight!!

While I'm home less than I'd like to and my pocket's probably not deep enough I still think this is a great gadget for a Tea-boy like myself. I'm just wondering about the energy that might be needed to always have 3 litres of boiling hot water readily available.
